Kirstyn specializes in addressing addiction (substance use and technology use), anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and self-esteem. She enjoys working with both adults and youth. When working with youth, she often involves caregivers in the therapeutic process and offers one-on-one caregiver coaching sessions, recognizing that healing is often a family journey. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and additional studies in addiction, Kirstyn is a lifelong learner dedicated to continually enhancing her skills to better serve her clients.

Having experienced therapy from both sides of the chair, Kirstyn brings a unique ability to relate to her clients, creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for them to be their authentic selves.
