Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and an approved clinical supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life‘s challenges. She is passionate about helping couples who desire to strengthen their connection, improve communication, or navigate conflict in a healthier, more meaningful way.
Sara works with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, past trauma, and navigating through difficult life transitions. Sara also has experience in specialized areas such as perinatal mental health and sex therapy.
