At Words of Hope Counselling Services, we understand that accessing mental health care can be difficult, especially when cost is a concern. That's why we strive to offer affordable fees while also ensuring that our services are of the highest quality. When setting our fees, we consider factors such as the cost of living, education, experience, and service quality.

We believe that our clients deserve the best possible care, which is why our counsellors undergo regular training to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health. Our ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on the mental health of our community, and we are committed to achieving that through accessible and affordable mental health services.

We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free payment process for our clients. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept debit payments in person and credit payments for phone and virtual sessions. We understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality, so we issue receipts for each payment with the Counsellor’s College Registration number. We recommend that clients keep these receipts when they book an appointment for income tax purposes.
